Why Is a Certified Service Center Important to You?
The Certified Service Center (CSC) program is designed to provide a standard for professional service firms. The CSC designation tells Day Wireless clients that CET-certified technicians will provide the support their communications service demands.
The CSC program exists to help consumers locate quality service centers.
Day Wireless Systems has earned the distinguished classification as a Motorola Service Elite Specialist.
The Motorola Service Elite Specialist is the highest level of service relationship attainable by a Motorola Service Channel Partner and it represents the greatest level of Motorola/Servicer agreement and interdependence.
All of our technicians possess CET certification from the Electronics Technicians Association.
Our CETs provide the foundation for our CSC and Motorola PSP designations.
